Fran's duties include payroll, accounts payable, collections, and managing the aspects of the business. Fran graduated from Concord College in Athens, WV with a degree in Business Education and she has been employed here since June, 1999.

Fran is married to her husband Ken and they have two grown children who both live in the Charlotte, NC area.
