Our office
We are proud to provide a state-of-the-art facility for the highest quality endodontic care available. It is one of our top priorities to protect the well-being of our valued patients. For this reason, our office meets and surpasses all OSHA standards. We are confident that you will feel right at home in our office as we welcome all patients as if they were family.
Office Hours
Office hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 7:30 am to 5:00 pm. If you are a patient of Dr. Merian's who has required treatment and are experiencing discomfort with your tooth, you may reach Dr. Merian after hours at his home phone number which is listed in the phone directory.
Appointments
Please contact our office by phone to schedule an appointment. Our staff is always ready to assist you and to answer any questions.
Cancellations
If it is absolutely necessary to change or cancel an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 48 hours advance notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient.
Dental Insurance
Each patient is financially responsible for his or her account. We are happy to cooperate with any patient whose treatment is covered by dental insurance. We only ask that you be fully aware of the benefits provided by this insurance. If your insurance pays directly to you, we will file the insurance. However, we will expect you to pay cash up front the day of your treatment.
Because we do not know exactly what your insurance will cover, we require that the estimated balance not covered by your insurance be paid when treatment is rendered. When the insurance payment is received, if there is a credit, a refund will be sent to you promptly. If there is an additional amount due, we will send you a statement for the balance which will then be immediately payable in full.
Payment Options
For your convenience, we accept cash, check, credit card (MasterCard, Visa, or Discover). We also offer interest-free payment plans through Wells Fargo Financial with approved credit application.
Our Fees
Fees are determined by the complexity of the tooth being treated. These fees are considerably lower that alternative treatments such as bridges or implants.
The fee for the root canal will include all necessary dental x-rays, additional visits needed to complete treatment, routine post-operative care and routine re-evaluations.
Any additional procedures (such as initial consultations, post and core buildups, surgery, emergency pulpotomy) will be subject to additional charges.
